Amazing little clean place, and great service! The rooms are small and the walls are on the thinner side, that is the only drawback of that place (and no elevator or pool or jacuzzi, and narrow staircases), but that is because it's an older hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, she helped us with our bags as our room was on the second floor, she also called us after our visit to let us know we forgot a blouse in the room and offered to mail it to California. We felt taken care of. They have free coffee in the morning, and the coffee is good. The grounds are all green and well maintained. Overall, five stars.

The staff here was amazing. The location was amazing right on a nice beach. The hotel itself is very mediocre. To be abundantly clear, you are paying for location only. Do not expect much out of the rooms. It's on par with a nice Motel 6. The hotel has noise issues. I was given a connected room and your could hear every detail of the conversation going on in the next room, and they weren't being loud. There is a lot of noise when people above you move around. Lastly, the pebble sidewalks make a lot of noise when people drag their luggage in the morning. It woke me up. Personally, I would not stay here again because I cannot justify $300 a night on location alone. I would stay here again if it was around $150 a night.

These rooms are seriously small, but very well laid out to make the most of the tight space. Perfect if all you need is a bed and a shower. The location is superb, steps from a long, beautiful beach and Wailea.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but very comfortable. It's on the beach so the sounds of the ocean helps with the atmosphere. Staff was very sweet, professional, and accommodating.

Overall I had a lovely time. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The rooms are small but completely adequate. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker makes a quick meal or midnight snack very easy.

Use for single occupancy of toddlers or midges only. The beds are ţoo small for two full sized adults, and the toilets are too low. The showers are the size of an old fashioned phone booth, and be careful careful you don't break a hip passing around the countertop when leaving the toilet.

Beautiful modest hotel on a gorgeous beach. Excellent front staff people and service when we needed something checked. This place and its staff saved us when we were evacuating from the fires. Very quiet, A/C works, simple and functionial, close to a small mall with Safeway. Surprisingly gorgeous beach location.
